I went to see Sanjay for a sports massage as my upper body was really tight. He got rid of all my knots and broke down my scar tissue that was built up. He explained everything as he was doing it so I understood. Over all it was a good experience and I feel better already. I’ll be seeing him regularly for sure!

I had a deep tissue sports massage with scraping and cupping and I have to say that it’s the best massage that I have ever had. Sanj is very professional he fully explains the procedure and the benefits from it. Sanj is very knowledgeable, professional and can advise on posture and exercises to help with pain relief.

My PT booked me in a couple of months back for a very needed massage with Sanjay! He treated me with the utmost respect. Usually I would feel uncomfortable receiving a massage from a man and Sanjay made me feel as comfortable as possible whilst being so lovely and chatty! I can honestly say it was the best sports massage I have recieved and I will 100% be coming back once lock down is over!
